Marc shares the leadership of the Customer Experience and Operations Tribe at Auto Trader, focussed on the continuous improvement of products, processes, systems and touch-points, to enable effortless interactions with Auto Trader. He has helped introduce a lean, design thinking approach to product development, breaking down internal silos to focus on the needs of the customer.  Prior to joining Auto Trader he worked for uSwitch where he led a digital marketing and development team to build personal finance solutions, including a new car insurance proposition. Marc was also a consultant at ThoughtWorks where he built the Global Experience Design Practice, helping clients build products that their customers love. Marc's digital career began at Accenture where he helped set up and run the Interactive Design Group and he has previously worked for DfID in Ghana, improving technology transfer to rural communities. Co-author of the book Agile Experience Design, Marc holds a PhD in Human Factors
